Three | sausages, cut to bite size |
One pound | mussels |
One pound | sea scallops |
30 large | shrimp |
Two cans | diced clams |
One | onion |
14 oz | diced tomatoes |
Minced garlic | |
Three cups | Rice |
One | red bell pepper |
32 oz | chicken broth |
8 oz | clam juice |
One | yellow bell pepper |

Cook individually chicken, sausage, mussels, bell pepper strips. Set aside.
In large pan, cook diced onion, 14 oz diced tomato, minced garlic, salt, pepper
Add cooked chicken, sausage, clams.
Add two can green beans and 3 cups rice, 4 cups chicken broth, clam juice, and water. Add 1 tbsp turmeric pre-mixed with water.
Add cooked mussels, shrimp, scallops, cooked orange and yellow bell pepper strips.
