Sausage Egg Casserole

5 slices | white bread-cubed |
1 lb | bulk sausage, browned, drained |
6 | eggs beaten |
2 cups | milk |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1 Tablespoon | dry mustard |
2 dashes | cayenne pepper |
3/4 cup | grated sharp cheddar |
Place bread cubes on bottom of baking dish 13 x 9. Top w/sausage. Beat together eggs and add milk, salt, mustard, pepper, and cheese. Add this to top of sausage. May be covered and refrigerated overnite. Bake 45 mins at 350 or longer
