9 oz | frozen cut green beans |
1 | cucumber |
1 15-oz can | garbanzo beans |
1/2 | chopped sweet red pepper |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
3 Tbsp | red wine vinegar |
2 tsp | sugar, (Splenda) |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | oregano |
Cook green beans & drain. Peel & slice cucumber. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours, stirring often.
