Breakfast Sausage Casserole

| 6 slices | Bread., (remove crust & butter bread) |
| 1 lb | Sausage |
| 1 1/2 cups | Longhorn Cheese |
| 6 | eggs |
| 2 cups | Half n Half |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
Grease 13x9 inch pan. Put buttered bread in pan. Cook sausage stirring to crumble. Drain well. Put over bread; Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs and Half n Half together well and pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. In the morning remove from refrigerator for 15 minutes and then bake uncover at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
