Sweet Potato Pie

| 1 (14 ounce) can | sweet potatoes, drained, mashed |
| 3/4 cup | milk |
| 1 cup | packed brown sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1 ( 9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients, except pie crust plus 1/2 tsp salt in bowl and blend until smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (Shield edges of pastry with
Strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.)
Serves 6
