Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 boneless Pork Loin Chops, each 3/4 to 1 inch thick
2 tbsp  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp  All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp  Fresh Garlic, minced
    1 cup  Chicken Broth
    1/3 cup  Heavy Cream
    1 tsp  Fresh Thyme Leaves
      Salt, as needed
      Pepper, as needed

Directions
1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat, add the pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, place on a clean plate and cover with foil.

2. Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, then sprinkle in the flour and stir well to combine. Add the chicken broth, cream, and thyme to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.

3. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper, return the pork chops to the skillet along with any juices from the plate and continue to simmer until the pork chops are heated through and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
