Green Salad with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

| 2 tsp | strawberry jam |
| 1T | balsamic vinegar |
| 3 T | extra virgin olive oil |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste | |
| 1 pint | strawberries |
| 4-5 cups | chopped romaine lettuce |
Place jam in a medium bowl & wisk in vinegar then olive oil. Season dressing with salt & pepper. Add strawberries & greens to bowl and toss to coat evenly in dressing.
