Criolla Remoulade

This is the classic mayonnaise-based remoulade, spiked with a touch of seafood seasoning. | |
1 c. | mayonnaise |
1/4 c. | creole mustard |
1/4 c. | chopped sweet pickles |
1 Tb. | capers, drained |
2 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp. | horseradish |
2 tsp. | anchovy paste |
1 tsp. | Old Bay seasoning |
1 tsp. | paprika |
1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour to 1 week.
