| 1 -2 cloves | crushed garlic |
| * 1/3 of a tube of anchovy paste (in the tuna isle) | |
| 1 TB | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| pepper | |
| 1 tsp | dry mustard |
| 1/3 cup | olive oil |
| Lemon juice | |
| Romaine Lettuce, torn into bite size pieces | |
Mix dressing ingredients, except lemon juice in a jar and shake well. Put romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce and squeeze lemon juice over all and toss. Toss with croutons and fresh parmesan cheese.
* I like the strong flavors but you may want to decrease these ingredients to taste
