| DESCRIPTION A fabulous way to flavor any type of poultry. Also tasty on thick pieces of fish. INGREDIENTS | |
| 2 | clove, (s) (3 g each) Garlic, fresh, minced |
| 2 tsp (2 g each) | Lemon, zest, raw |
| 1 tsp (0 g each) | Cumin, ground |
| 1 tsp (2 g each) | Chili powder |
| 1 tsp (2 g each) | Paprika |
| ½ tsp (6 g each) | Salt, table |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
NOTES
Rub mixture into chicken about 30 minutes before cooking.
Makes enough rub for about 4 pounds of chicken.
