Garlic Shrimp and Spinach Baquettes

1 | Red Chili, thinly sliced |
s and p, to taste | |
1 Lb | raw, medium shrimp |
scallops | |
1/2 cup | dry, white wine |
1 bunch | spinach |
4 slices | crunchy french bread, baguette |
Brown garlic, chili and salt and pepper in olive oil. Add shrimp and scallops and cook 2 minutes. Add white wine and spinach, simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve over toasted bread. Yummy...
