Put generous amount st johns bay on fish. Get the sides also. Sprinkle a little garlic powder on.place in George Forman grill. After it cooks a little lift cover of grill and peel the skin off salmon. Add spices to that side of fish and turn fish over .close cover and cook a little more. Serve
