Andrea's Pot Roast Sandwiches

S and P to taste | |
Cayenne pepper, to taste | |
4 cups | beef or chicken broth |
Brown onions and garlic. Pour into crock pot. Brown meat on both sides, add to crock pot. Season with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Pour broth over meat. Cook for about five to six hours. Shred meat and put back in crock pot for about one hour.
Toast hard rolls and add grated cheese to melt, top with meat. Serve with broth on the side to dip.
