Ingredients: | |
1 1/2 lbs. | Ground beef |
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestshire sauce to taste | |
2 drops | tobasco |
1 tsp | dried onion flakes |
1/4 cup | red wine |
2 large cans | tomato sauce |
1 1/4 cup | ketchup |
Directions:
Sauté beef and seasonings in bacon drippings until meat is browned
Add 1/4 cup red wine and cook until wine evaporates
add 2 lg cans tomato sauce and 1 1/4 cup ketchup dash of sugar and stir well
Simmer 1 hr
Stir 3 to 4 times during cooking
