    1 lb  sage sausage
    1 large loaf  Pepperidge farm white bread
    1 or 2  eggs
    1 large  Spanish onion
    3 sticks  celery
    1 stick  butter
      Salt
      pepper
      Parsley
      Sage
Serves 8
      Milk

Brown meat in pan
Remove meat, add celery and onion and brown
Add meat/celery/onion over cubed loaf of bread and mix
Pour melted stick of butter over mix
Beat eggs into ½ cup warm milk
Add parsley and a little pepper
Pour over bread and mix with hands until moist
Bake in casserole dish at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove lid after 1 hour to brown.

Fills round casserole dish
Fills 9x13 pan if doubled
