    4  Chicken Breast
    2 slices  Deli Ham
      Swiss Cheese, (enough for 4 finger size pieces)
      Flour
    1  Egg
      Breadcrumbs
      Salt
      Pepper
      Toothpicks
    1 can  a Cream Soup
    ½ can  White Wine
      Water, alternative
      Milk, alternative
    4 tablespoon  Oil

Pound out the Chicken until flat. Can do it between two pieces of wax paper or a plastic bag. Put in Ham and Cheese and roll. Fasten with toothpick.
Dredge in Flour, Egg wash, and then Breadcrumbs. Salt and Pepper.

Place Chicken into a hot oiled fry pan. Brown Chicken rolls. Take out of pan and put into a baking dish. Mix up Cream Soup and liquid (either wine, water or milk). Pour over browned Chicken rolls. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in a heated 350-degree oven for about 1 ¼ hours. Remove the aluminum foil half way through.
