Cranberry Pecan Salad

2 | radicchio bunches, torn |
1 | red leaf lettuce bunch, torn |
1 | endive bunch, torn |
3 | pears, thinly slice |
1/2 c. | sweetened dried cranberries |
1/4 c. | chopped pecans, toasted |
1/4 c. | Gorgonzola cheese |
1/3 c. | pear juice |
1/4 c. | oil |
2 Tb. | vinegar |
2 Tb. | lemon juice |
1 tsp. | red onion, minced |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/2 tsp. | pepper |
In a large mixing bowl, combine salad greens. Toss greens with pear, cranberries, pecans and cheese; set aside. Before serving, whisk together pear juice, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, red onion, salt and pepper; toss with salad.
