Roasted Tilapia and Veggies

1/2 lb | asparagus, (cut in half) |
1 | zucchini |
1 | red bell pepper |
1 | onion |
2 T | olive oil |
2 tsp | Montreal steak seasoning |
4 tilapia fillets | |
1 T | butter |
1/2 tsp | paprika |
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss veggies in oil and 1 tsp Montreal. Spread veggies on pan, ungreased. Place on lower rack for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, spray 9x13 pan and pat tilapia dry. Brush butter and remaining Montreal seasoning and paprika. Bake fish and veggies for 17-18 minutes or until fish is flaky.
