This rich, gooey cake is good straight from the slow cooker, cold or reheated. It doesn't keep very well, but you shouldn't have any left over anyway! Prep time: 25 mins Cook time: 2 hours Total time: 2 hours, 25 minutes. Ingredients:
    1 cup  flour
    1/2 cup  brown sugar
    1/4 cup  sugar
    3 tbsp  cocoa
    2 tsp  baking powder
    dash  salt
    1/2 cup  milk
    3 tbsp  cooking oil
    1 tsp  vanilla
    3/4 cup  brown sugar
    2 tbsp  cocoa
    1-3/4 cups  hot water

Preparation:
Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, and salt and stir well. Pour into prepared slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, stir 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa together. Add hot water and mix well until blended. Pour over batter in slow cooker; do not stir! Cover slow cooker and cook on high about 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Do not over cook or cake will be dry. 8-10 servings.
