    90 grams  cold salted butter
    1/4 cup  sugar
    1  egg
    1/2 cup  milk
    2 cups  cake flour

2 heaped teaspoons baking powder

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Beat egg and sugar. Add milk. Beat well.
Rub butter into flour. Add baking powder.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, to make a soft dough.
Roll out dough about 1cm thick and cut with scone cutter.
Place on greased oven tray. Brush with egg.
Bake for 15-20 min.
