Spinach parm pie

2 cups | seasoned crutons finely chopped |
1/4 cup | butter melted |
10 oz. | frozen |
Chopped spinach drained | |
Small curd cottage cheese. 1 cup | |
Parmesan cheese | |
3 | eggs beaten |
4 oz. | Cubed monterey jack cheese |
1/4 cup | chopped onion |
2 tbs | sour cream |
1 clove | garlic minced |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Combine crutons and butter. Press into pie plate. Combine 1/4 cup parm cheese with remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon over crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with 2tbs of parm cheese. Let stand 5 minutes
Serves 6-8
