Vanilla Cream Cheese

3 tablespoons | confectioners sugar or sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
Place the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until well combined and slightly fluffy. Do not overwhip. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
