*Chicken Tortilla Soup (Kristen Baird's Recipe)

1 | onion, chopped |
2 | garlic cloves, chopped |
2 lbs | chicken |
2 Tbs | oil |
1 can | rotel |
1 cup | beef bouillon |
1 can | tomato soup |
2 1/2 cups | chicken bouillon |
1 tsp | cumin |
1 tsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | worchester |
1 Tbs | Pick-a-pepper |
Sour cream | |
Shredded cheese | |
Tortilla chips | |
Avocados |
Boil chicken and shred into small bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, chips and avocado, if desired.
