    1.5 cups  fresh basil leaves
    2 to 5  garlic cloves
    1/4 cup  pine nuts
    1/4 cup  freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup  lemon juice
    2 Tbs  Ricotta cheese
Put basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor. Turn machine on and drizzle in Lemon juice. Puree till smooth paste is formed. Add ricotta cheese and complete processing.
    1/2 tbs  has 14 cal, 1.1 g of fat (without Ricotta)
