2 to 5 | garlic cloves |
1/4 cup | pine nuts |
1/4 cup | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup | lemon juice |
2 Tbs | Ricotta cheese |
Put basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor. Turn machine on and drizzle in Lemon juice. Puree till smooth paste is formed. Add ricotta cheese and complete processing. | |
