Peanut Butter Honey Oat Bars

1 cup | honey |
1 cup | peanut butter |
3 1/2 cup | rolled oats |
1/2 cup | raisins |
1/2 cup | grated carrots |
1/2 cup | almonds |

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grate carrots (peel if needed)
3. Put honey + peanut butter in large saucepan . Cook on low heat until melted.
4. Remove pan from heat. Add oatmeal, raisins, carrot and almonds to pan. Stir well.
5. Let cool enough to touch.
6. Put mix in baking pan. Press firmly to bottom.
7. Bake for 20 minutes (this varies on pan size/bar thickness)
8. Let cool and slice
