Broccoli salad

2 bunches | broccoli crowns, cut into small bite size pieces |
1 cup | red onion chopped |
1/2 lb | crisp bacon, chopped |
1c | salted sunflower seeds |
Dressing
Mix 1 cup mayo, 1/2 c sugar and 2 T apple cider vinegar. Mix with all ingredients, except broccoli, until blended. Add broccoli and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before deserving to improve flavor.
