Cake: Ingredients | |
3 cups | self-rising flour |
2 cups | sugar |
1 tsp. | ground cinnamon |
3 | eggs, beaten |
1-1/2 cups | salad oil |
1-1/2 tsp. | vanilla |
1 (8oz) can | crushed pineapple, drained |
2 cups | chopped pecans |
2 cups | chopped bananas |
Directions PREHEAT oven to 350*F. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir until moistened (do not beat). Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Add chopped nuts and banana. Spoon into pan. Bake at 350*F for 25-35 minutes. Frosting: Ingredients | |

1 cup | butter, softened |
2 (16oz) pkgs. | powdered sugar |
2 tsp. | vanilla |
Directions
Combine cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, beat until fluffy (little at a time).
