Chocolate Zucchini Cake

| 1/2 C. | butter |
| 1/2 C. | oil |
| 1 3/4 C. | sugar |
| 1 t. | vanilla |
| Combine and add alternately with 1/2 C. sour/buttermilk (1/2 c. Greek yogurt and a little water to thin batter if desired) to creamed mixture: | |
| 4 T. | cocoa |
| 2 1/2 C. | flour, (whole wheat pasty & white - combo) |
| 1/2 t. | baking powder |
| 1 t. | salt |
| 1 t. | soda |
| 2 C. | grated zucchini |
| 2-3 small | bananas if desired |
| 1/2 box | sugar free vanilla pudding, (if desired) |
| 1/2 (or more) C. Chocolate Chips | |
| 1/2 C. | chopped nuts |
Place in 9X13 inch pan -top with CC/nuts
Bake 375 F 35-40 min.
