German Pancakes

| 1/4 c | butter |
| 1 1/2 c | milk |
| 3/4 c | flour |
| 1/3 c | sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in a 9 inch glass pie plate. Place in oven for 5 min or until butter melts and makes bubbles. While butter is melting put milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and salt into blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Remove plate from oven and adjust heat to 450 pour mixture into pie plate, bake for 20 min, reduce oven temp to 350 and bake for 8-10 min more until edges are puffed and browned.
