| 1 (15oz) | English Peas, drained |
| 1 (14oz) | green beans, drained |
| 1 (11oz) | white shoepeg corn, drained |
| 1 cup | diced green pepper |
| 1 cup | diced celery |
| 1 cup | chopped onion |
| 1 (2oz) | pimiento, drained |
| Dressing: | |
| 3/4 cup | white vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | veg oil |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| 1 tsp. | pepper |
Mix salad ingredients in a bowl. Bring dressing ingredients to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over mixed salad and chill at least 8 hours. Drain.
