1 tbs | fennel seeds |
2 tbs | garlic |
1 tbs | salt |
1 1/2 tbs | paprika |
1/2 tbs | sugar |
1/2 tsp | black pepper |
1 1/2 tbs | red wine vinegar |
1 lb | ground turkey |
Grind fennel seeds and put in a large bowl.
Mince or crush garlic and place in bowl.
Measure other spices and vinegar into the bowl.
Add turkey and stir to combine. Using a potato masher works well.
