Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

| 1 cup | dried Italian bread crumbs |
| 3/4 cups | freshly grated Parmesan |
| 4 | pork chops |
| Salt | |
| pepper | |
| 6 tbs | olive oil |
Lemon wedges for serving
Whisk eggs in a pie plate to blend
Place bread crumbs on another plate, and cheese on another
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper
Coat chops with cheese, dip into eggs then coat with bread crumbs
Heat 3 tbs oil in skillet over medium heat
Add pork chops until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side
