,200 di farina 00
,300 gr di latte
,un cubetto di lievito
,un cucchiaino di sale e uno di zucchero
,1 uovo
,20 gr di burro
impastate tutti gli ingredienti......io ho usato il bimby ma vengono benissimo anche a mano visto che questa non e una ricetta bimby........fate lievitare per un ora.....trascorso il tempo sgonfiate la pasta e formate delle palline.....mettete in una teglia su carta forno e lasciate lievitare per mezz ora in un luogo caldo.....
trascorso il tempo infornate a 200 gradi per 10 minuti
