6 | eggs, slightly beaten |
1 medium | diced onion |
1-2lb | bag hash brown potatoes |
2 cups | milk |
2 lbs | browned sausage |
4 cups | shredded cheese |
1/2 tsp. | pepper |
1 tsp. | salt, (optional) |
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350*F
In large bowl, combine eggs, onion, salt, pepper, 3 cups cheese, milk, sausage, and hash browns. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours, or overnight.
BAKE, uncovered, 350*F for 1 hour, or until knife inserted and removed clean.
