| 1 | egg |
| 2 c | oil |
| 2/3 c | milk |
| 2 T | sugar |
| 1 1/4 c | flour |
| 1/4 t | salt |
| 1 t | baking powder |
Confectioners sugar for dusting
Procedure:
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk together. Then slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet. Heat oil until a drop of flour "dances" on the top. Put batter in a plastic baggie and cut off the corner. Then sueeze the batter into the oil in a web pattern. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. May have to flip. Remove and immediately dust with confectioners sugar.
