Chocolate-Cinnamon Cake

1 1/2 c. | flour |
1 tsp. | baking powder |
1/2 tsp. | baking soda |
1/4 tsp. | salt |
1 c. | sugar |
1/3 c. | unsweetened cocoa |
1 tsp. | ground cinnamon |
1 c. | nonfat buttemilk |
1/4 c. | egg substitute |
2 Tb. | margarine , melted |
2 tsp. | vanilla |
1/4 c. | chopped walnuts |
Combine 1st 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine buttermilk and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring until blended. Spoon into an 8" square pan cated with cooking spray; sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
