    2 Lb  beef short rib, soak in cold
water for at least 30 mins & change water few times.
      Seasoning Mix
    2 C  Water
    1 T  Rice wine
    4 T  Soy sauce
    1 T  Brown sugar
8 Garlic cloves minced
    1/2  Onion sliced
Carrots cut into 2" bite size piece Radish cut into 2" bite size piece
    5  dried Shitake mushroom, soak in
      water
    2 T  Moolyeot, (corn syrup)
    1 T  Sesame oil
    1/2 t  Black pepper
      Green onion

Boil water. Add ribs & boil for 5-10 mins. Remove ribs & wash with cold water to remove unnecessary fat.
Throw away water & clean pot. Place clean rib in pot.
Make seasoning mix & add to pot. Boil it over med heat for 20 mins.
Add carrots, radish, mushroom & simmer for 1 hr. Stir time to time.
Add Moolyeot, Sesame oil, Black pepper & heat it up over high heat until liquid evaporate.
Transfer to platter & garnish w green onions.
