Leftover Turkey Casserole

1 can | cream of chicken soup |
2 c. | milk |
8 oz. | sour cream |
5 T. | melted margarine, divided |
2 c. | turkey |
2 c. | mostaccioli noodles |
4 oz. | shredded cheese, (casserole blend) |
2 c. | cornflakes |
In mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream and 3 T. margarine. Add turkey and uncooked noodles. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Cover with foil, label, freeze.
Thaw. Top with cornflakes and 2 T. melted butter. Bake 45 min at 375. Makes 9 servings.
