Chocolate Meringues

2 | egg whites |
1 tsp. | vanilla extract |
1/8 tsp. | cream of tartar |
3/4 c. | sugar |
1 c. | chocolate chips |
1/4 c. | walnuts, chopped |
Beat first 4 ingredients until soft peaks form. Fold in chocolate pieces and walnuts. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop mixture by teaspoons. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
