Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

5 pounds | potatoes |
8 oz | cream cheese |
8 oz | sour cream |
4 T. | butter |
2 tsp | garlic salt |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
Peel and boil potatoes until done; mash. Add remaining ingredients and mash together. Beat till smooth (optional).
To Bake: Grease a 9x 13 glass baking dish with butter. Pour 2 T. milk in bottom of dish. Spoon potatoes into baking dish, dot with butter, cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
To freeze: divide into 3 (quart-size) freezer bags (approx. 5 servings per bag).
