Deviled Eggs

1/4 cup | mayo |
3/4 tsp | mustard |
1/2 tsp | lemon juice |
pinch | salt |
pinch | pepper |
chives | |
paprika |
Cover eggs with 2 inches cold water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat (or turn off heat, cover with lid) and let simmer 12-15 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool with ice, and peel.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash, then add remaining ingredients. Stuff centers of eggs. Garnish with chives and paprika.
Cover and chill until serving.
