Seven layer salad

Romaine lettuce, chopped | |
1 cup | coarsely chopped celery |
1/2 cup | coarsely chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup | coarsely chopped red pepper |
1 cup | coarsely chopped onion |
10 oz bag | frozen peas, thawed |
4 hard boiled eggs-sliced | |
1 cup | mayo |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
1 1/2 Tbsp | sugar |
1 3/4 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
8 slices | cooked bacon, crumbled |
Place lettuce on bottom of large bowl or 9x13 pan
In layers, add celery, peppers, onion, peas and eggs.
Mix together mayo, sour cream and sugar. Spread on top.
Cover with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate overnight.
