Inside out ravioli

1/2 lb | small macaroni shells |
10 oz | frozen spinach |
1 lb | ground beef |
1 med | chopped onion |
1/4 tsp | garlic powder |
16 oz | spaghetti sauce |
8 oz | tomato sauce |
6 oz | tomato paste |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1 cup | spinach liquid |
6 oz | shredded cheddar |
6 oz | shredded mozzarella |
2 | eggs |
1/4 cup | oil |
1/2 cup | bread crumbs |
Cook shells
Cook spinach - keep liquid
Cook meat with onions and seasonings. Add sauces and spinach liquid to meat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Combine shells, spinach, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Spread in 9x13 pan.
Pour meat mixture over shells. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
