Sautéed salmon

3 Tbsp | melted butter |
1 Tbsp | veg oil |
1 Tbsp | soy sauce |
Dash | garlic powder |
Lemon juice |
Heat oil in skillet, add salmon.
Combine soy sauce, butter, garlic powder and lemon juice. Baste fillet.
Cook 5 minutes on first side, flip, cook on other side until flaky.
