1/2 cup | sugar |
1/4 cup | dry white wine |
1/8 cup | lemon juice |
1/2 tsp | zest |
1 cup | heavy whipping cream |
1/4 tsp nutmeg... optional
lem or mint on top
Whip cream and sugar, gradually whip in wine and lemon stuff. Whip until light and fluffy. Chill Serve in parfait glasses
Macaroons on bottom are good. Can add a bit of dry sherry if want.
