8 lbs | pork spareribs |
6 garlic cloves crushed | |
2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
1 cup | brown sugar |
3/4 cup | Dijon mustard |
1/3 cup | cider vinegar |
1/4 cup | molasses |
1 1/2. Tbsp dry mustard
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Rub garlic on both sides of ribs and season with salt and pepper
3. Arrange on baking sheet meat side down
4. Bake for 20 minutes
5. Turn over and bake for 40 minutes
6. Refrigerate
7. In a sauce pan cobine. Sugar, mustard,vinegar, mollasses and dry mustard.
8. Bring to a boil for 5 mins
9. Refrigerate sauce
10. Spread sauce on one side, BBQ for 5 mins, flip and spread sauce on other side and BBQ for 5 mins, flip and and spread remaining sauce and BBQ for 5 mins.
