MIDDLE EASTERN BEEF KEBABS

| 3 Lbs. | 1 1, 2 " Beef |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 3 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
| 3 Cloves | Garlic Minced |
| 1 1/2 Tsp. | Cumin |
| 3 Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
Instructions
1. Mix together ingredients in bowl
2. Cover and marinate 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or 24 hours refrigerator.
3. If refrigerated let meat return to room temp before grilling.
4. Place on skewers and grill for 12 to 15 minutes.
