Dessert Oatmeal eggless cookies - Carol Toth

| 1 lb | softened butter, (4 sticks) |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 cup | flour |
| 3 cup | oatmeal, ( not instant) |
Oven 375 degrees
Cream butter and sugar, add flour and oatmeal and mix. Drop 1 tsp on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork. Bake 12- 16 min or until brown around edges.
Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar
