HUMMUS BI TAHINA

2 Cups | Canned Chickpeas |

Freshly Ground Black Pepper | |
2 Tbsp. | Tahini Paste |
Drizzle Of Olive Oil | |
1 Tbsp. | Garlic |
1 Cup | Kalamata Olives, Pitted |
ΒΌ Cup | Olive Oil |
Fresh Pita Bread |
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini paste, and garlic.
2. Process until smooth.
3. With the machine running, add the olive oil, a little at a time.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon the humus in the center of a large platter.
6. Drizzle the hummus with olive oil.
7. Arrange the black olives and fresh pita bread around the hummus.
