Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

1/3 c. | unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 tsp. | baking powder |
1 c. | butter, softened |

1 (8 oz.) pkg. | cream cheese, softened |
2 large | eggs |
1 tsp. | vanilla extract |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. | powdered sugar |
1/2 c. | semisweet chocolate chips |
2 Tb. | butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Add 1 cup butter and 1 egg, stirring until combined. Press mixture in bottom of a greased, foil-lined 13x9x2" baking pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 Tb. butter. Microwave on HIGh for 1 minute, stirring until chocolate is melted. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate over cream-cheese mixture; swirl using a knife. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan by lifting foil. Peel back foil and cut into squares to serve.
